After a solid managerial and consulting foundation at Telecom Italia and Accenture, Massimiliano held senior leadership roles at SKY, Technogym and PG Italy, contributing to customer experience transformation, international growth, IPO readiness and large-scale digital service networks.

Entrepreneurship

He later shifted his focus to entrepreneurship and venture development through MRC Omnichannel, a strategic consulting firm based in Europe and the Middle East, while also creating and scaling several successful startups — including SDE Network, which led to a successful partial exit; RTBH.ai, an AI-powered brand intelligence platform; and Immoveo, a second-generation real estate instant buyer with an ESG-driven model based on advanced technology, operational efficiency and high capital intensity.
